Text Box: Trane XL16i Condenser (out door unit)
The XL16i’s SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) rating up to 17.15 makes it an energy efficiency choice for more comfort. SEER is the cooling counterpart of the heating AFUE. Each SEER represents the number if BTU’s of cooling power per watt of electricity used. So, the higher the SEER the more efficient a cooling system will be.
The XL16i features Two Stage Cooling. Two Stage Cooling prevents temperature swings so your comfort is guaranteed as well as being high in energy efficiency. The XL16i also uses R-410A refrigerant gas. The American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy recommends a unit that uses “R410A” refrigerant over “R22” refrigerant, which will be phased out of new equipment by 2010. What is the benefit of using R-410A? Well, it is more environmentally friendlier. If your system leaks, the escaping refrigerant won’t contribute to the ozone depletion! You are also avoiding the risk that R-22 will become expensive , or even difficult to get when your system needs to be maintained or repaired. You can also enhance your new or existing systems performance by adding a Variable-speed indoor unit!

Dear Friends,

We hope you enjoyed our first newsletter and found the information on the new high efficiency heating products helpful!

With Spring time right around the corner,  in the next few weeks, we will be calling our Preferred Client’s Service Plan customers to scheduling their  yearly  spring maintenances. If your not a Preferred Client and would like information on our plan, please call the office.

Cooling and heating is the largest energy expense, accounting for approximately two-thirds of annual energy bills. Replacing old cooling equipment with more efficient models will save energy and money. I would like to take this time to mention that our company, Now offers a 12 month  NO payments, NO interest financing program (for qualified customers) on new equipment or upgrades to your existing system!                                                                                                                                                                                                      By Michael Jawski, Jr.

Variable Speed Air Handler

Match your Trane condenser unit with a variable-speed indoor unit that will gently and automatically adjust to keep you at just the right temperature. This helps eliminate cold spots and the noise that standard units make when they start up or shut down. Since the fan can operate at low speeds, it improves air circulation, humidity control and energy efficiency. When matched with Trane’s XL16i outdoor unit, it gives you a reliable, consistent level of quiet comfort and saves energy in the process.
