Cottam Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. was formed in
1984 by Gary Cottam. Mr. Cottam has over 30 years of experience in the
heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. He is also an active
member in ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America), the RSES (Refrigeration Services Engineers
Society), as well as a member of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating,
Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers).
Cottam Heating and Air Conditioning supplies and installs
heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment for both residential and
commercial operations. In addition, we have a service division to support all
installations. With an on site metal shop, fully equipped trucks, factory trained technicians, and 24 hour emergency service, we provide the best service
available to you.
Here at Cottam Heating and Air Conditioning, we
continually provide schooling for all of our technicians to keep current with
the latest in high technology equipment and upgrades. We are an
independent dealer of Trane heating and air conditioning equipment.
